Refund Policy
Except as required by applicable law, all fees paid for Memberships, including auto-renewing subscription plans and one-time purchase plans, are non-refundable. Aixperia does not provide credits, refunds, or prorated reimbursements for any paid Subscription or one-time plan that is canceled, terminated, or discontinued by the user after the commencement of the applicable subscription term or service period.
Upon cancellation of an auto-renewing Subscription, the Subscription will remain active until the end of the then-current billing cycle (monthly or annual, as applicable), after which it will not renew unless otherwise specified.
Where a product or service supplied by Aixperia is affected by a major failure as defined under applicable consumer protection laws, the user may be entitled to a refund, replacement, or other remedy as required by law. In the event of a minor failure, Aixperia may, at its discretion and in accordance with applicable law, repair, replace, or otherwise rectify the affected product or service within a reasonable period.
Aixperia reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to provide refunds, credits, discounts, or other forms of consideration in exceptional or specific circumstances. Any such refund, credit, discount, or consideration granted in a particular case shall not constitute a waiver of this Refund Policy, nor create any obligation for Aixperia to provide similar remedies in any other case.
Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified under applicable law
